1. RADIATOR WATER SPRAY WHEN THE ENGINE IS ON THE GAS (RADIATOR CAP IS OPEN)
The sign of a curved cylinder head that is quite often recognizable is when the radiator water spurts when the engine is on gas. To find out, we need to open the radiator cap first, then start the engine (do this when the engine temperature is still cold).

When the engine is running, pay attention to the radiator water from the cap hole earlier. Engine gases repeatedly at 3000-4000 rpm. If the radiator water spurts continuously and continues to come out of the radiator cap hole, this indicates that the cylinder head is curved.
Often we do not find the radiator water splattering, but only air bubbles poking out of the radiator. It can also be a sign of a curved cylinder head.
This can happen because the radiator water in the cooling system is forced by the leaking compression pressure and enters the cooling system channel. As a result, the cooling system channel becomes high pressure so that the radiator water will spurt out, especially when the engine is gassed.
2. COOLANT RADIATOR MIXED ENGINE OIL
The second sign of a curved cylinder head is when the radiator water mixes with the engine oil. We can observe this condition by opening the radiator cap and paying attention to the condition of the water through the lid hole earlier. If the radiator water flow is oily and contains engine oil, this indicates that the cylinder head is curved.
This can happen because the curved cylinder head will open the engine oil supply line, engine compression pressure, and the radiator water cooling system channel. When the engine oil supply line and the cooling water line meet, one of the resulting effects is that the radiator water mixes with the engine oil.
So, if you find your car’s radiator water is oily like it’s mixed with engine oil, this could be a sign that your car’s cylinder head has warped.
3. ENGINE OIL VOLUME INCREASED AND COLOR CHANGE
In addition to radiator water mixed with engine oil, another sign of a curved cylinder head is when the engine oil volume increases and the color changes like milk chocolate. This condition is the impact of the oil channel and radiator cooling water being open due to a curved cylinder head.

Radiator water that should have flowed back into the radiator instead entered the engine oil channel hole leading to the oil crankcase. With the entry of radiator water into the oil crankcase, the engine oil will increase while changing the color of the engine oil to become brownish like chocolate milk.
In addition, if we pay attention to the condition of the engine, the engine will quickly run out of radiator water and the engine will also heat up faster.
4. THERE ARE OIL DROPS AND WATER RADIATOR FROM THE MIDDLE OF THE ENGINE
The next sign of a curved cylinder head is the presence of drops of oil and radiator water right in the middle of the engine. This seepage appears between the engine block and the cylinder head, we can see just below the exhaust manifold channel or just below the intake manifold channel.
In addition, the amount of seepage that comes out of the engine is very dependent on the size of the curved cylinder head. The greater the degree of curvature, the more water and oil will seep out.
5. THE EXHAUST EMITS WHITE SMOKE
The fifth sign of a curved cylinder head is when the exhaust emits white smoke. Although not the only sign, white smoke coming out of the exhaust is a factor if the cylinder head is curved.
This can be caused by engine oil seeping and leaking into the combustion chamber. The oil that seeps into the combustion chamber will also burn along with the engine work. 6. ENGINE VIBRATION IS POWERFUL WITH A RUDE SOUND

The leakage of compression causes the fuel and air mixture to be incompressible so that the explosive power after the combustion step is not maximal.
